How much does shipping cost?
- Orders over R2000? It’s FREE!
- Orders under R2000? Just a flat R99 anywhere in South Africa.
How fast is delivery?
Expect your order within 4-7 business days after dispatch. For remote areas, it might take a smidge longer.
Which courier do you use?
We trust our partner The Courier Guy to deliver quickly and reliably.
How do I track my order?
Once your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your delivery on The Courier Guys’ website at the Courier Guy Tracking page.
What’s the return policy?
- 7-day window: If you’re not feeling your purchase, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
How do I return an item?
- Email us at info@bonnetcollection.co.za within 7 days.
- We’ll guide you through the process, and we’ll even cover return shipping!
- Once we’ve inspected the returned item, we’ll refund you within 7 business days
Can I exchange an item?
Yep! If we have the size or color you want, we’ll gladly exchange it. Just email info@bonnetcollection.co.za to kickstart the swap.
What if I receive a faulty item?
Snap a few pics of the issue and email them to us within 48 hours. We’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept?
We make use of Payfast as our payment provider. We accept we accept credit cards, debit cards, EFT payments, Capitec Pay and more.
Is online payment secure?
Absolutely! All transactions are secured with encryption through trusted payment gateways.
Do prices include VAT?
Yep! All listed prices are VAT-inclusive.
Can I use discount codes?

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice after you’ve placed your order in the order confirmation email.
